Belgacom ICS’ Instant Voice allows carriers and service providers to implement a direct VoIP interconnection to the Belgacom ICS global voice network for the exchange of international voice minutes to 1200+ international voice destinations through 300 direct routes to over 150 countries. It therefore is the perfect bridge between IP and legacy networks or among IP clouds no matter if H.323 or SIP is used.

Instant Voice gives access to the Belgacom ICS industry leading voice trading platform with competitive pricing, competent customer service support, access to all destinations and billing in one-second increments. Additionally it provides a high MOS value (Mean Opinion Score) to guarantee the in band quality up to the legacy standard.

Belgacom ICS’ Instant Voice leverages the Next Generation Softswitch Technology which is fully integrated with Belgacom ICS’ legacy TDM switching infrastructure.

We test the routes before implementation and foresee multiple overflow routes. Additionally, internal procedures are in place to take pro-active and reactive measures in case service failures occur and we reinforce the routing for specific events (New Year, large religious celebrations, global sports events…).
