International Private Link Circuits (IPLC) provide dedicated capacity to any hard to reach destination worldwide. IPLC's consist of two halves: one from a point in Belgium or Switzerland to the theoretical middle of the international circuit, and the other half up to the point of termination. IPLC's are delivered over cable or satellite infrastructure and their speeds range from 64 Kbps to 34 Mbps. One-stop-shopping is also an option proposed by Belgacom ICS.
