| Belgacom International Carrier Services Awarded Best Wholesale Carrier Every year the world of telecoms unites to celebrate the best in every sector. This year the World Communication Awards celebrated its 10th anniversary. In September the list of finalists for the 16 categories of the coveted awards was published, and yesterday evening Belgacom ICS was revealed as the winning candidate for the “Best Wholesale Carrier” award. In addition Belgacom ICS also received the accolade of “Highly Commended” Best International Carrier.
