(NYSE: SY) and Belgacom International Carrier Services (Belgacom ICS) today announced a formal GRX peering agreement for GPRS roaming at Equinix in Singapore. The agreement was made in recognition of increasing GPRS traffic and GSM usage throughout the Asia-Pacific region. It is the first peering agreement in Singapore of two global GRX providers. |
