Omantel and Belgacom International Carrier Services (ICS) sign a Memorandum of Understanding establishing the framework for a partnership that will further develop their international carrier services within the Middle East.
Omantel and Belgacom ICS are pleased to announce that they have signed a MoU that will form the basis of a co-operation deriving mutual benefit of both operators’ complementary strengths, with the aim to be amongst the top providers of international wholesale services within the Middle East.
